#10 Going to Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake to view water birds and the sunrise.
#9 Stopping in Promontory, Utah where the Golden Spike was hammered.
#8 Taking the Duck Tour of Seattle, Washington.
#7 Taking the Walking Tour of Portland, Oregon.
#6 Seeing and comparing two museums on the Oregon Trail:
Oregon Trail Interpretive Center for Pioneers' viewpoint.
Tamastslikt Cultural Institute for Native Americans' viewpoint.
#5 Going to the beach town of Newport, Oregon, for ocean views and clam chowder.
#4 Viewing Mt. St. Helen's.
#3 Driving I-84 from Pendleton to Portland, Oregon. The most beautiful interstate in U.S.
Scenery includes deserts, forests, mountains, waterfalls and over 1000 species of
wildflowers.
#2 Visiting the Chinese Classical Garden in Portland.
#1 Visiting the Japanese Garden in Portland.
