Photos of Valley Forge National Monument

  1. The Arch at Valley Forge reminded me of the Arc of Triumph in Paris. Maybe it was modeled after that. I don't know. And the Washington Chapel at Valley Forge reminded me of the Washington Cathedral in D.C. Of course, it was much smaller in scale but it had beautiful stained glass windows and carved wooden alter pews just like the cathedral in D.C.

  2. Valley Forge is about a 45 min. drive from us here in Reading, PA. Have been there a number of times.

Nice to meet you and stay well.
