Skywatch Friday = Blooms and Leaves

Skywatch Friday = Blooms and Leaves
Our three flowering pear trees have lost their white blossoms but now have pretty spring green leaves. The tree in the foreground is a redbud tree in full bloom. Virginia has lots of native redbud trees along the roadsides in bloom. Route #15 and route #29 are two state routes that have lots of redbuds in bloom right now.

After three rainy April days it is nice to see the blue skies once more. Friday afternoon we should reach 75 degrees! Yipee!
