"The trouble with retirement is that you never get a day off." ~Abe Lemons
**We are a school librarian and a federal accountant enjoying retirement--with all its days off. This blog allows us to keep our family and friends updated on some of our thoughts and activities from the mundane to the profound with a few interesting tidbits added for fun. My Hero Blowing Away The Snow
My Hero Blowing Away The Snow
Jack did our drive and our two neighbors drives this afternoon. Go Jack!
Hi Joann; Whew! I don't miss those days in Manassas. Guess you have lots more snow coming tonight during your blizzard. Come on out to Medford, OR; we rarely get more than a dusting once or twice a year and we are at 1350' elevation. We keep the snow in the mountains where it belongs . If we want snow we drive up and do a day visit. I remember waking up one morning back there with 36" on the ground.
