Spring In The Desert: Ajo, Arizona
This photo from the seventies was taken during a spring vacation. Jack, Jennifer and I were on our way to San Diego to see the San Diego tourist sites when we came upon all these wild flowers blooming in the Arizona desert. We had to pull over and snap a photo. The low growing trees are desert mesquite trees. They had not gotten their new leaves yet.
