Jack and I woke up to a winter wonderland of snow and ice.
By late Tuesday afternoon it had all melted e
xcept for some very shaded areas of our yard.

it is very beautiful! We have only had about 2 light dustings of snow so far ourselves here in Ohio this winter. Today it is extremely frigid, however with lots of high winds..making the windchill in the single digits! I feel sorry for the animals and people who have to be out in it. I give my birds and squirrels things to eat and drink when I get out there..I even toss things out my window on days I do not really want to venture out. I should get a heated water dish...cause the water freezes all the time out there. I know they need to drink water!
