Skywatch Friday = Cherry Trees in Bloom

I shot these three photos around 7:00 P.M. Thursday night. These are some of the flowering cherry trees that line Piedmont Vista Drive in our Piedmont community. I just love how these big luscious pink blossoms look against our Virginia blue skies.
I think these trees were all planted in the early spring of 1999. Notice how thick the trunks are already.
The little bees were enjoying these pink blossoms too.
That's it folks. Happy TGIF! Now go visit some other Skywatch Friday memes by clicking here: http://skyley.blogspot.com/
