Can you believe that this is the last day of September? Soon I will have to think October and put my little ghost out for folks to see. Thirty days has September and they all fly by so fast. It is one of my top four months since I like flower gardens and nature. The other three are May, June and October. Hope you have a very pleasant last day of September. Do keep the people of Samoa and the Philippines who are still reeling from the tsunami that struck last week in your thoughts and prayers as well as the people around Atlanta, Georgia who have had terrible flooding too.Wednesday, September 30, 2009
Where Did September Go?
Can you believe that this is the last day of September? Soon I will have to think October and put my little ghost out for folks to see. Thirty days has September and they all fly by so fast. Yes, September is past. Well, almost. Got today yet. Thirty days have September, April, June and November, all the rest of 31 except the second month alone, till leap year gives us 29. Remember that?
A cold 48 degrees here this morning. The furnace came on. Winter is just around the corner and Halloween is here again and Patty and I will be one year older in October. Gosh.

I'm so sad to see September go. Even though we have very mild winters, psychologically I'm never ready for it. By the way -- remember "The September Song". Another song from the fifties, I think.
