Jack's old army buddy, Leon Wahba, and Leon's wife, Helen, who live in Louisville just sent to us a lovely Kentucky cookbook so we will have to fix something from it for this big derby weekend. We understand that the rain will make the horse track muddy as can be this year but that won't stop the festivities. I'm looking forward to sitting down at 4:00 P.M. this afternoon with a Kentucky bourbon in my hand and watching the beautiful women and the fast horses parade at Churchill Downs. (Kentuckians sometime switch the adjectives around to fast women and beautiful horses. LOL!)
