Happy Birthday To You!

Happy Birthday to the four million people in the entire world who unfortunately were born on February 29 so they only get a birthday once every four years. I think each of these February 29 birthday folks should have at least four pieces of birthday cake today to satisfy them till February 29, 2012. As for the rest of us let's go out and have a leaping good Leap Day.
