Do Internet's work better in the Northwest?
Apparently not. The past two nights we have not been able to get on the internet with the laptop. So I'm using the Hotel's computer. Thus, this is just a brief update and we will hope to have a good connection tomorrow night to bring the blog up to speed. Sorry for the delay. We will tell you all about our tour of Portland, Salem, Mt. Angel, and Newport when we do our next update. We have touched the Pacific Ocean, and we are still alive and having a great time. We are in Vancouver, Washington, tonight and will head for Tacoma, Washington, tomorrow.

I love Vancover, especially the Canada side. It is so much like England with flowers everywhere--not that you haven't seen flowers in a few other places.
